If you ever run out of that flour, you can add gluten to regular flour and it also does the trick (about 1-2 T for every 4 cups of flour). They sell gluten at the grocery store next to the bread flour. Funny- my uncle runs a Weaver's country market but it's located about a thousand miles north of the one you go to!Monica https://www.blogger.com/profile/09434370272889356134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2900683221932170130.post-69607651898648478452010-02-21T11:21:47.736-06:002010-02-21T11:21:47.736-06:00Missouri Gal, this time we went to Eldon, took 52 ...Missouri Gal, this time we went to Eldon, took 52 and went up. So my brother and I went together and bought the grinder, but had to cut her 4 loaf recipe down to two and have not been as successful as she. Will keep trying. <br />But I won't use whole wheat flour for your recipe, don't want to mess upAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04822226275389410521noreply@blogger.com
