Spring has sprung . . . or has it?

With spring comes canning season. Sunday we canned 19 pints of Texas red grapefruits. That was before minus one that broke in the water bath ;(



Then today they are calling for up to an inch of snow!

    Those look beautiful. Bummer one broke, in the water bath no less, that must have been a mess!

    We are supposed to get snow tonight and tomorrow. I am almost absolutely positively sure that spring is around the corner...right?
