New blogspot when posting

Okay now that I have your attention . . . I'm sure those of you who use Blogger have recently experienced some problems. I know I could never get my paragraphs for one thing to show up. I could never truly label my pictures.

Well ladies and gentlemen go over and visit Karen at Sew many ways.  I always check her blog on Tuesday's when she gives the greatest tips.  But tonight on FRIDAY night she gives a great tutorial on Blogger. So here I am giving it a test run. You can even do strike through with out embedding a code.

I don't really have anything to blog about on my end, but you gotta see her post.

Jar Candles
I did post the jar candle picture just to see how easy it was to center a picture and label it too. I talked about these last winter.

Steak turners
And today the Blacksmith took this picture of steak turners he will be shipping out next week to Texas.

Vintage Fiestaware

Tonight I listed this vintage fiestaware on craigslist. I can even shift the picture to the right!

So much for my rambling.  Have a great weekend!

Thanks for the tip, Patti. I am going over there to check it out.

Those candles would be great for night-time deck parties. They fit right in with the current jar theme fad.

Back again. I just visited her. I have had that version for quite a few weeks already.

I was wondering whey everone has been talking about blogger problems and I have not had any. I guess it was because I already updated. I think you will find Blogger very user friendly now. I know I have not had any problems.

Patti thanks for the heads up! I am going to check into Live Writer because the New Editor and my larger photos from Photobucket don't get along with blogger. But gosh she has some great tips! I still find myself all befuddled by blogging :)

Look at you, all fancy and everything :) I sure do need to review. I still use Windows Live Writer for blog posts, but.. I never seem to get back to inserting my labels/tags until much later.
I'm tossing around the idea of getting some fiestaware. Old or new, I don't know yet. Yours is a very pretty color. Enjoy this pretty day! -Tammy

Thanks for the link! I had already updated to the new blogger so most of that I'd already figured out, but looks like she's got a great site and I'm sure I'll learn more as I read.

Hi Patti, I use New Editor and I still have problems with everything going where I want it to go. Must be me! I'll check out the site and hopefully learn some things I don't know...which is a lot.

I found you from Tipper at Blind Pig and the Acorn. I am so glad you directed me to Sew Many Ways with the tips on using blogger. Lately it won't let me do paragraphs and it's very frustrating! I will follow the directions she gives and I do apprecitate the help!

Oh, I like those steak turners!!

Patti thanks for the tips I will go and check it out. I haven't had any blogger problems. I don't know how to title my pictures tho.
Love the jar candle holders.

I have a friend who was encountering all sorts of problems, so I shared the link with her. She was very grateful.

I've been using Windows Live Writer for quite some time, but would switch back to using blogspot if it really is easier with the newer version.

Hope you didn't blow away yesterday!

I haven't had any problems with Blogger's formatting since I did two things: learned a little HTML coding, and decided not to be too "designey." I haven't upgraded to the new Blogger; I'm suspicious of "user-friendly" things that try to outguess what the user wants! Most of my blogging is done in "edit" mode and not "compose."

But I'll have to check this out, sooner or later....
