How did I ever survive without the Pioneer Woman???

This was my treat for the day - Pumpkin Pie Latte.  It's not my picture, I was too busy consuming the nice fall beverage. Thanks Google for the picture. Here's the recipe from Tasty kitchen to make the syrup.

Our dinner was Marlboro Man's steak sandwich. Pioneer Woman made it on her TV show this past Saturday on Food Network. I must say I am not usually a fan of cube steak. However,  when the son gives you free meat for baby sitting an adorable little girl, and two cute boys, you make lemons into lemonade. Or in my case into steak sandwiches.

I recommend both of these!  thanks Pioneer Woman!

I've made that cube steak before - from Pioneer Woman, of course. What did we ever do without her! I am hooked on her iced coffee. Now I guess I'll have to try the latte. I have her show DVR'd so I can watch it when I'm not busy... like that ever happens!

I love her recipes, too! We eat a lot of potatoes...hubby's a meat and potato guy...and found a couple of new recipes of hers we really like. I've made the steak sandwich, it's good. The latte looks tasty, too.

They both sound and look nummy and nom-nom to me. I might just have to try them. confession: I'm usually too lazy of a cook to follow her wonderful (but sometimes lengthy) recipes! :) These really don't look too time-consuming.

Thought about you this beautiful Fri afternoon while I was slaving away. Sooo, did ya go?? Inquiring minds, ya know. -Tammy
