Wesley's tulip

14 years ago today, I lost my brother Wes, at age 51.
Every March about this time, this tulip, that I planted from his funeral comes up.
I see it out my kitchen window and think about him.

So sweet! Wesley was my age (now) when he passed. Much too young! Beautiful reminder of your brother. Hugs, Tammy

What a wonderful reminder of your brother, and amazing that that singular tulips comes up year after year!... a sign perhaps :-)

I am so sorry for your loss - we have an azalea we planted from Jerry's dad's funeral and, like your tulip, it's a sweet reminder. blessings, marlene

Oh I'm so sorry you lost him so young. And the meaning that is wrapped up in the tulip is so very bittersweet.
