Sarah was home for the weekend, so after a family breakfast that included Grandma W. we headed outside for pictures.
We always take a picture with the kids standing by the tree they gave me for Mother's day in 2009. Here's a look back to see how the tree has grown, let alone the children.
My inlaws planted an evergreen tree for my son and since we are no where near WI I wonder how tall he is now compared to the tree or vice versa:) Next time we go up for a visit we will have to see. He is 3 and 1/2 currently.

What a great idea to plant a tree from the kids and then take pics each year!
I think the kids have grown more than the tree. :)
Great idea!.. Why haven't I thought of that!...
What a great idea! It's fun to see both the kids and the tree grow. :)
That's a wonderful idea! And look how they've grown.
I do believe the kids are growing a lot faster than the tree. What a wonderful tradition! Hope you had a nice visit with Sara.
