St Stanislaus Quilts

Here are the quilts that were sold at St Stanislaus church on Sunday.  I didn't stay for the auction. It was just too blasted hot in Missouri, with temperatures about 98, with 35% humidity!

Was one of those beautiful quilts yours? They are lovely for sure.

And we have 95 with humidity at about 65. It is like a sauna out there! thank goodness for air conditioning, but I'm sure I won't like the electric bill for this month!

Blessings

Oh, such beautiful work! And the patience it must take to complete them!.... of which I sorely lack.

Hey Patti, I love those quilts at St Stan. Jack and I didn't leave the AC but to look at a house, closer to town with a pool, and eat dinner.
And I wanted to let you know, I deletel my blog. I couldn't comment on but a few blogs and then started having issues posting my photos so I deleted it. I will start another one but taking time off for now.
Have a great week and stay cool!

there are some very pretty quilts there. I'd love to know how much they brought. It is never enough, considering the amount of work that goes into making quilts!
