Today we went to another great auction out in the country.
Lots of country parking.
Great country views.
My friend Margie got an apple peeler. Her husband said it was an early Mother's day present.

I'm coming up in a couple of weeks - about April 10 I think. I hope we can get together and I hope there's an auction! blessings, marlene

I love looking at all the stuff at auctions! Haven't been to any yet this year. Enjoy your day!
Sadly, around here (S.E.MN.)auctions are almost an extinct item. Years ago, when we were still farming, auctions provided a wonderful time of getting together with friends and neighbors and catching up on various 'goings on'. Now, it seems, it is more business and items are gathered to a central place (auction building) and held indoors. Even in this rural setting, we have succumbed to more isolation;-(
Hope you found some HOT deals, Patti

I can't get over seeing everyone in shorts for your last few posts. We still have frost in the morning!
I probably should have stayed in Missouri!
Those auctions you go to look like a ton of fun!!
We went to an auction at Excelsion several years ago and couldn't buy a thing because the Amish and Mennonites bought it all!
Aren't auctions so much fun?
Your friend found a great piece! I have one of those but there is no blade on it so it doesn't actually PEEL the apple, it just sits on my counter looking quaint.
